The Service. Quadron is a credibility infrastructure platform currently in waitlist stage. By submitting your email, you're reserving early access. No purchase is required, and nothing is owed.
Your conduct. Use the platform lawfully and in good faith. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or manipulate any Quadron service.
Intellectual property. Your work product and expertise records are yours. Quadron's platform, infrastructure, and codebase are ours.
Token activity. $QUAD and Field.Fun operate under a separate framework as a Digital Tool under CFTC jurisdiction. Participation is voluntary and subject to additional terms disclosed at point of entry.
Limitation of liability. Quadron is a pre-commercial platform. We provide the Service as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
By accessing or using any part of the Quadron platform at quadron.tech (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, waitlist registrants, and users of the Service. Quadron Holdings, Inc. ("Quadron," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Quadron is building credibility infrastructure for the AI economy — tools that allow individuals to verify, anchor, and own their professional expertise. The Service currently consists of a public-facing website and waitlist. Full platform functionality, including Quadron, Luci, Virgil, Campo, and Field.Fun, will be made available to users in phases.
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, confer any rights to the platform, or constitute a contract for services. It represents an expression of interest in early access.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
Quadron reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms without notice.
The Quadron name, logo, platform design, codebase, and all associated infrastructure are the exclusive property of Quadron Holdings, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use any of Quadron's trademarks, trade dress, or proprietary technology.
Work product submitted through the Quadron platform remains the property of the organization that submitted it, per the terms of that organization's agreement with Quadron. Expertise records, credibility proofs, and professional judgments anchored through the platform remain the property of the individual who created them. Quadron does not claim ownership of user-generated credibility records.
Quadron operates a two-economy model. The enterprise SaaS layer (Quadron, Luci, Virgil, Campo) is dollar-denominated and governed by these Terms and applicable SaaS agreements.
The token economy layer — comprising $QUAD and Field.Fun credibility markets — is architecturally and legally separate. Quadron intends to structure $QUAD as a Digital Tool consistent with CFTC jurisdiction, as contemplated by the SEC-CFTC Joint Interpretation (Release Nos. 33-11412; 34-105020, March 17, 2026). Participation in Field.Fun or any $QUAD-denominated activity is subject to separate terms that will be presented at point of entry.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes an offer or solicitation to purchase, sell, or trade any security or financial instrument.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Quadron does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Quadron is a pre-commercial platform. Features, timelines, and platform availability are subject to change without notice. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a specific launch date.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quadron Holdings, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Quadron has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Quadron's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to Quadron in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quadron Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Quadron reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
